We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef with expertise in French cuisine to join our team in Salalah, Oman. This is a unique opportunity for a culinary professional with a flair for French gastronomy and a strong commitment to excellence. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, authentic French dishes while maintaining the standards and ethos of the founder’s vision.

**Responsibilities:**
– Prepare and cook authentic French dishes with precision and creativity.
– Develop and design new French-inspired menus in line with customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
– Ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently and meets all health and safety standards.
– Maintain the quality and consistency of food production, presentation, and service.
– Oversee kitchen staff, ensuring proper training and development in French culinary techniques.
– Manage inventory, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients.
– Collaborate with the founder and restaurant management to refine the concept and execute special events or promotions.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Chef specializing in French cuisine.
– Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary French cooking techniques.
– Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of food quality.
– Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
– Previous experience working in a high-end or fine-dining restaurant is preferred.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
