**Job Description:**
As a **Room Attendant** at Anantara, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience. Your attention to detail will ensure that each guest room is meticulously prepared, appealing to the senses of touch, sight, smell, and sound. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation to exceed guest expectations, ensuring they have an exceptional stay from the moment they arrive.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring all areas are spotless and welcoming.
– Ensure all guest amenities are replenished and in perfect condition.
– Maintain cleanliness in public areas, hallways, and service corridors.
– Report any maintenance issues or damage in guest rooms promptly to the housekeeping supervisor.
– Adhere to safety and security procedures to create a safe environment for both guests and staff.
– Ensure that room inspections are completed efficiently and that rooms meet the required standards of hygiene and presentation.
– Provide exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and addressing special requests when required.

**Qualifications:**
– New graduate or at least 3 months of formal training in housekeeping.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a basic command of English.
– Attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
– Positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience.
– Ability to work efficiently and independently, while collaborating as part of a team.
– Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality roles is a plus but not required.
